Our whole-cow ground beef is made by grinding the entire animal—premium cuts included—for a naturally fuller flavor and more balanced nutrition. Because it includes a variety of muscle groups, each batch has consistent texture, steady fat content, and a richer nutrient profile than standard trim-based ground beef.
