Sourced from pasture-raised cattle finished on grass and grain, each pound combines the rich flavor and versatility of our whole-cow ground beef with some of the animal’s most nutrient-rich cuts. Beef liver is naturally rich in vitamin B12, vitamin A, iron, copper, folate, and other essential nutrients, while beef heart provides high-quality protein, B vitamins, iron, zinc, selenium, and CoQ10.
