Our USDA Certified 15-Lb Family Beef Box is the perfect introduction to our farm-raised beef for couples, smaller families, or anyone who wants to keep quality local beef on hand without filling an entire freezer.

We’ve built this box around the cuts families actually use: versatile ground beef for weeknight dinners, premium steaks for the grill, a hearty roast for Sunday supper, and stew or cube steak for those slow-cooked comfort meals.

Approximately 15 lbs of beef, including:

• 7 lbs Ground Beef
• 4 lbs Assorted Steaks
• 3 lbs Roast
• 1 lb Stew Meat or Cube Steak

Steak selections may include Ribeye, New York Strip, Sirloin, or other available cuts. Exact cuts and package weights may vary slightly based on each animal and processing.
