Our USDA-Certified 20-Lb Premium Grill Box puts the emphasis on premium steaks and grill-worthy cuts while still giving you plenty of our Whole-Cow Ground Beef for burgers and everyday meals.

Unlike standard ground beef made primarily from trim, our Whole-Cow Ground Beef incorporates beef from across the entire animal to create a rich, beef-forward grind and make exceptional burgers, meatballs, tacos, chili, and more.

Approximately 20 lbs of beef, including:

• 6 lbs Ancestral Blend whole-Cow Ground Beef
• 8 lbs Premium Steaks
• 4 lbs Griller's Cuts
• 2 lbs Stew Meat or Cube Steak

Premium steak selections may include Ribeye, New York Strip, Filet, Sirloin, and other premium cuts. Griller's cuts may include beef ribs, flank, skirt, or other butcher-selected cuts, depending on availability.
